I thought it was time for a change and I know that many people prefer to visit an online newsletter rather than read it in their email client, so that's what I've done.This month's article in the newsletter is from .....me and you may use it for your website, ezine or blog as long as it remains unchanged and the resource box and source are copied exactly.
Many of you may know that my particular favourite amonst Asian food is that from India. I love the combinations of spices and occasional heat, as well as the different textures from curries to Tandoori chicken and from kebabs to samosas.
Next month, I will be publishing some articles on Diwali, the Festival of Lights, which falls in October.
