September News from Asian Food and Cookery
Hi everyoneI read an interesting article recently which said that more and more Indians are now able to travel abroad because of the boom in the Indian economy. However, they still prefer to eat Indian food when abroad and consequently many tour operators take their own chefs along.
This puzzled me somewhat, as most countries in Western Europe, the Middle and Far East as well as the USA, Canada and Australia already have plenty of Indian restaurants so I wondered where Indian tourists go where there aren't any Indian restaurants. If anyone knows the answer to this, please post an article on the site or mail me back.
As ever, happy cooking.
Sincerely
Liz Canham
