March News from Asian Food and Cookery
Hi everyoneI suddenly realised that among all the articles on Asian Food and Cookery, I hadn't yet found anything to publish on Korean cookery, so I did some research and came up with the article which follows. It's just an introduction really, to what is a much more complex cuisine, but it should give you a "flavour" of what to expect when you eat a Korean meal.
Happy cooking!
