As some of you know, I have recently returned from a trip to northern India, so rather than produce several articles or recipes this month, I'm writing a series of longer ones giving my impressions, not only of the food, but the cities I visited as well as the countryside and the people.

I hope that if you come from that part of the world, you'll recognise it from my descriptions and if you've never visited this fantastic country, that you'll be inspired to do so.
